When a symbol looks different
Fonts, devices and combining characters explained.
Fonts change the shape
Symbols are text, not images. Different fonts can change their weight or height. An empty square may mean a font is missing; try simpler symbols such as ♡, ☆ or ❀.
Copy the whole combination
Some faces and ribbons combine several characters. Deleting one part can shift an eye or wing. Use the copy button for the complete shape, then add your text around it. The displayed shape and character count are not always the same.

The profile field may use different line heights and sizes from this site. Paste before saving and check another device if possible. Keep important names and contact information in ordinary text.
